Riva 1920 at Salone del mobile 2017
We are glad to present you Riva 1920’s stand on the occasion of the 56th Edition of Salone del Mobile.
Between the masterpieces presented in Milan there are products in Briccola wood, made out of the posts coming from the Venetian lagoon, and Kauri tables, thousand-years old wood from New Zealand, together with more “classical” wood such as walnut, oak and cedar, the last one as a wood to be reinterpreted through new forms.
Great space is dedicated to the latest news and in particular to the new collection in cooperation with Lamborghini.
The collection is composed of a desk, a bookshelf, a chair, a coffee table and a sofa and is characterised by sinuous and stylish shapes, able to amaze thanks to fine workmanship and the quality of natural and genuine materials, such as solid walnut and black cowhide leather.
It stands out thanks to the extraordinary attention to details which shows the skill of handicrafts, such as the drawers assembled with dovetail joints, the curved wood panels carved out of solid wood, the cowhide leather cover, the finish based on natural oil and wax.
Tradition, innovation, excellence, these are the basic requirements of standard production.
The entire collection, named Authentic Living, is signed by Karim Rashid, a prominent and internationally renowned
figure, who thanks to his own distinctive mark has been able to merge the world of Riva 1920 and Lamborghini.
