It is located in Almaza Bay, Egypt, along the clear coast of Marsa Matruh, a place that has gained a reputation as the perfect holiday destination. Surrounded by sand, the restaurant feels like a Mediterranean oasis. The dominant material is wood – from the bar to the furniture to the accessories – which Fares uses in a rustic yet minimalist way.
