Just a few steps from the city of Como stands Casa Eupilio, an ancient family home that has been renovated by the Milanese studio of Gianluca Tronconi, in collaboration with Interni. The main challenge of the project was to maintain the traditional appearence of the brick facade while modernizing the interiors to reflect the active and healthy lifestyle of the young couple of owners.
To meet this request, the Studio created a fully equipped gym and a sauna for relaxation. The house also features a modern cellar perfect for hosting tastings while, outside, the garden and the family's historic vegetable garden harmoniously integrate with a swimming pool and patio with an outdoor kitchen.
The furnishings of the house play on a palette of neutral colors, with high-quality furnishings selected from prestigious brands such as Rimadesio, Arclinea, Maxalto and Flos. The choice of materials, including resin, wood, marble and leather, combines aesthetics and functionality to create a luxurious and moden environment.
