The CH825 Cabinet, designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1959, is a timeless piece that reflects the designer’s passion for both functionality and elegance. The CH825 features two roller shutter doors that slide effortlessly to one side, disappearing behind the cabinet’s interior backing to provide full access to the interior storage. When closed, the credenza’s doors present a seamless veneer surface, enhanced by a vertical wood grain texture that adds sophistication to any space. The doors are opened using a beautifully crafted vertical wooden handle, attached through a thin, square steel plate to the front edge of the cabinet.
Inside, the CH825 offers a well-organized and adaptable storage solution. It is divided into three compartments: the two outer sections feature two adjustable shelves each, while the center compartment includes four pull-out trays for easy access to smaller items. This combination of shelving and trays makes this product a practical choice for storing a wide range of items.

Details & finishing
The interior of Wegner’s credenza is fitted with a combination of shelves and pullout trays.
These are divided into three compartments, of which the two outer ones have two shelves each and the middle has four pull-out trays.
The shelves can be adjusted as needed.
The credenza can be chosen with either round legs in solid wood which fit with most of Wegner’s chairs and tables or with a curved steel frame which is also used in his CH100 Series.
