A penthouse in Bergamo was given new life thanks to a renovation project by TEKA STUDIO, creating a domestic space where beauty, formal purity and attention to detail coexist.
The Italia kitchen by Arclinea was designed specifically for this penthouse, with custom-made columns that integrate with the interior volumes, creating formal continuity. As for the colours, the white of the columns echoes that of the walls and ceiling beams, while the island made of black Fenix with a Dekton top stands out by contrast, matching the window and door frames opposite. The kitchen, with a suggestive view of Bergamo’s Upper Town, creates a continuum with the outdoor terrace, furnished with the Illum table and chairs by Tribù.
In the living room, the Mex sofa and coffee table by Cassina, designed by Piero Lissoni, are skilfully combined with an icon by Cassina, the LC4 chaise longue by Le Corbusier. The simplicity and aesthetic purity of the Italia Flat C system by B&B Italia were chosen for the TV. The dining area comprises the Boboli table and Cab chairs by Cassina.
In the bedroom, the Mex C bed is beautifully paired with the Cicognino by Franco Albini, used as a bedside table, and the Hill House chair by Mackintosh.
