The Flou Tekton Small Armchair, designed by Matteo Nunziati, is a sophisticated piece that blends comfort and refined design seamlessly. Upholstered in rich Bruno 858 fabric, this dining armchair is framed in coffee-brown stained ash, highlighting its warm and inviting character. The organic, fluid lines of the Tekton series ensure that the armchair integrates subtly into a variety of dining settings, adding elegance without overpowering the space. A standout feature of the Tekton Small Armchair is its continuous backrest and armrests, crafted from a single piece of heartwood. This design gracefully extends from the vertical axis of the backrest to meet the horizontal armrests through an innovative spiral component, providing both structural integrity and visual interest. The chair's legs share a truncated oval shape, echoing the design language of the accompanying tables for a cohesive look.

The foundation of Flou - which took place in 1978 - was based on the objective of producing beds of high intrinsic and formal quality, combined with the desire to introduce a new 'sleep culture'. It was a period of great social change: more women were going out to work, the homes required multi-functional spaces, there was the growing desire to live life with greater freedom and higher quality. The bedroom became somewhere more dynamic and the bed abandoned the traditional static all-white appearance and delighted dressing in colours. Flou was ahead of its time and launched Nathalie, a bed designed by Maestro Vico Magistretti. A bed that combines innovative design and extreme practicality
