Monolithic forms and structural rationalism dance upon a minimal and evocative horizon line. A box in the desert, designed to bring about a feeling of isolation, of detachment from reality – the dreamlike atmosphere of a visual paradise. Mar Adentro Cabos is a project by architect Miguel Angel Aragonés, who has created a system of broken, free and rigid volumes, that seem to open towards the outside and become a part of it, or let it permeate the inside.
This vision perfectly matches Exteta’s philosophy, creating a space where the outdoors and the surrounding environment do not have a secondary role: they become part of the architecture itself.
