The Newood Light Chair by Cappellini, designed by Brogliato Traverso, is an ultra-light version of the celebrated Newood chair, inspired by the timeless elegance of Windsor-style chairs. This lighter design maintains all the key elements of the original, but with a significant reduction in weight due to the removal of the 8 rods in the backrest, offering a more streamlined and modern look.
Available in a range of finishes, including bleached ash, wengé stained, black stained, oak stained, and Shanghai blue, the Newood Light chair is a versatile piece that can adapt to various interior styles. The seat can be crafted from beech plywood, ash veneer matching the structure, or padded with a fixed cover in fabrics or leathers from the Cappellini collection.
