Jesolo Lido Beach Villa
Jesolo Lido Beach Villa is a pavilion-style semi-detached house designed by JM Architecture as a weekend home. The almost total white structure on two levels is defined by pure, rigorous lines, and dialogues with its surroundings. The large windows allow the people inside to enjoy the long summer days. The ground floor comprises two independent and perfectly symmetrical apartments, while the bright basement houses the common areas. To furnish this project, with the support of Interni’s creative team, Jacopo Mascheroni’s studio selected some of the most iconic pieces of international design.
The living areas of the two apartments open up towards the outside with full-height French windows that allow light in throughout the day. In both apartments, the entrance leads you into the open-space living area, which includes a Gamma kitchen by Arclinea with bases in black PVD finish, column and wall units in white Fenix and worktop in white Carrara marble. Opposite the kitchen stands a light oak table, with Wishbone Chairs by Carl Hansen and a chair in natural Paper Cord. In the living room, the sofa by B&B Italia is combined with an oak coffee table and the Lantos rug by Ruckstuhl with leather binding.
The external staircase leads to the basement, which houses the wellness area, gym and guest areas. The shared kitchen is an Arclinea Italia model, with a professional look thanks to the stainless steel finish of the columns, base units, worktop and hood. All appliances are by Miele.
The outdoor area was carefully designed, with palm trees, succulents and lush bushes framing the infinity pool. The furniture under the aluminum gazebo is by Paola Lenti.
