Which products ara available for purchase on Interni?
Interni offers a selection of products divided into Objects and Icons. The Collection of Objects includes a selection of furnishing accessories and design accessories aimed at completing one's home. Among these: tableware, miniatures, vases, lighting, perfumers and much more. The "Icons" Collection contains a selection of iconic furnishings of contemporary design, mostly designed by the great masters of design.
What can I do if an item I would like to purchase is no longer available online?
If the product you have selected is no longer available for purchase on shop.internionline.it, please contact our customer service. You will be notified of the new procurement times.
What is the standard product warranty?
For private customers, the warranty is the standard one of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Do the products arrive pre-assembled?
As for the products in the Objects collection, these arrive already pre-assembled. As for the products in the Icons collection, it depends on the type of furniture selected.
My product has a defect. How can I file a complaint?
If the purchased product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service to open a replacement claim.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase your products via visa, mastercard, amex, maestro, unionpay, bancontact, ideal, shop pay, google pay, apple pay, PayPal
When will I be charget for payment?
Payment will be debited either the same day or the business day immediately following your order and depending on your card policies.
Is VAT included in the final price?
The prices in the following I-shop are to be considered inclusive of Italian VAT. For countries outside the Italian territory, we recalculate the corresponding VAT during check out.
Prices are exclusive of any duties and customs clearance required by your country.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been shipped?
The cancellation or modification of the order is possible according to the terms of the law, within and no later than 2 days from the purchase, by contacting our customer service and indicating the order number.
The debit authorization has been denied. Do I have to place a new order?
We advise you to use a different payment method. If you still experience problems, please contact our customer service.
How soon will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product purchased. In each product sheet you will find the delivery times indicated.
How can I track my order?
Once you have entrusted your order to the courier, you will receive an email with tracking instructions. This email may be sent 24 hours before your package is delivered.
Can I change the shipping address?
To change the shipping address of your order, please contact our customer service indicating the reference order number. Once the product tracking has been received, it will no longer be possible to change the destination address.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
If the order is not delivered within the established terms, please contact our customer service.
How many days do I have to exchange or return a product?
We kindly ask you to return the item within 28 days from the delivery date of your order.
What is the return policy?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal you will need to inform us through an explicit declaration addressed to our customer service.
